Mark, a 32-year-old Christian Orthodox, is determined to lose his virginity while visiting NYC from Egypt, so he pops a premature ejaculation pill and heads to a brothel in a taxi. Unfortunately, en route, he suffers a heart attack and his conservative Egyptian-Muslim driver abandons him at the brothel.
